You and your group are almost ready to go!
If you want, one of you can be the Game Master, to administrate the roles, dynamize and moderate the conversation (if one of you already knows then he/she is prefferable to be the Game Master). Without Game Master you can also play, but you will have to use a timer.
The group can be from 5 to 7 people (6-8 including the GM). If you are less, one of you can get two characters. If you are more, you can make teams.
